On the job training. Demonstrate capacity and aptitude to learn; Installation of Fire Sprinkler System. Follow verbal and written instruction. Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying or moving equipment and tools weighing up to 70 lbs. Climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment. Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times. Willing to learn, have a positive attitude and use tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers and team members. Conduct on-the-job training and observe all Federal, State and Local safety/environmental regulations. Required High School Diploma, Valid Drivers License
