Cobalt Real Estate Service is a commercial real estate maintenance company. We are currently looking for a part time field staff member for weekends only. The job duties include exterior cleaning (porter) of shopping centers. Change trash liners, pick up trash and debris in parking lots, landscape and back of the centers. You will be required to travel throughout the Dallas, Garland, Arlington and Irving areas, so reliable transportation is required with a toll tag and proof of current auto insurance and valid driver's license. However Cobalt covers fuel expense for on the job travel and provided oil changes to your vehicle after each 3k miles for on the job travel. Experience is helpful but training is provided.
