BRAINTREE, MA — A man was arrested Thursday after police said he pointed a pellet gun at another driver during a fit of road rage near South Braintree Square. Around 2:25 p.m., police were called to the area to look for the man's vehicle. Police said they found him on Ivory Street, and several officers worked to bring him to a stop. Officers searched the vehicle and said they found a pellet gun resembling a Glock pistol. Police said the man, a passenger in the car, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. Police did not release the man's identity.
