We're offering both full-time and part-time opportunities. Experience is helpful but not necessary. Entry level with high potential for growth and career-building! Pay starts from $16 per hour Hours: Full-time/Part-time, Monday – Friday 8am-5pm with weekends off Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities of a Porter/ Groundskeeper: • Responsible for daily trash removal from all public exterior areas • Power washing • Trashing out units • Assists maintenance staff as requested • Comfortable working outside • No experience necessary but a plus • Painting interior and exterior • Maintaining pool area Previous landscaping or grounds experience is preferred, but not required. Required: • Professional appearance. • Reliable means of transportation. • Proven ability to be prompt and on time every day. • Outgoing, self-motivated, and highly RELIABLE a must! • Ability to solve problems and work with minimal supervision, when necessary. • Required to pass a comprehensive criminal background check. • It is extremely critical that individuals possess the ability to work their scheduled hours and perform all duties as assigned. ****Extras!!! : Referral program – refer a person and once they work 160 hours with Career Strategies, you earn a bonus of $100!
