MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN NEEDED FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE! Colorado’s #1 Property Management focused staffing firm is in immediate need of exceptional Apartment Maintenance Technicians! We have immediate opportunities at various apartment communities throughout Denver! We offer temporary and temporary-to-hire positions that not only give you an immediate income stream with weekly paychecks, this is also a great way to get your foot in the door. Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, weekends guaranteed off! Required Experience: • Basic plumbing • Basic electrical • Basic carpentry Although not required, having certifications in HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO is a huge bonus! Duties: Include but are not limited to: • Building maintenance repair • Complete make-ready’s • Dry wall patching • Appliance repair • Painting • Completing work orders • Carpet/flooring removal • Pressure washing • Changing locks/bulbs/ballast As a Maintenance Technician you are required to: • Appear professional • willing to follow dress code and appearance standards according to the community • Have reliable means of transportation • Prove your ability to be prompt and on time every day • Have basic mechanical aptitude • Be able to solve problems/work with minimal supervision (when necessary) • Keep a high level of service in mind with every task • Complete work in a timely, cost effective and accurate manner • Respect the boundaries of confidentiality, fair housing laws, and safety • Pass a comprehensive criminal background check • Must be willing to submit/pass a comprehensive drug/toxicology screening test • Must have access to basic hand tools for maintenance roles (i.e. Drill, channel locks, pliers and hammer, etc.) If you meet the ABOVE requirements send us your resume via email or give us a call at 720-489-1053.
