We are looking for an experienced commercial cleaner that can work 20-30 hours a week as an area leader. This role will be responsible for cleaning a large building approximately 2 hours a night Monday through Friday, and for supervising teams that clean at this building and other in the area. You love to clean, have solid experience, and want to expand into people leadership. People management experience is a big plus! As the leader, you will work with the teams to make sure all tasks are completed at every location, you will assist with monthly tasks like detail high dusting, and you will make sure that the clients are getting quality service, and our cleaners have what they need to do a great job. If you are looking for a long-term role with upward mobility in the commercial cleaning industry, this could be the job for you! Better Business Cleaning will provide all the training and materials (cleaning supplies, PPE, rags, etc.) necessary to safely perform the job responsibilities. Requirements Must have at least 2 years of commercial cleaning experience Must be a great communicator and good working with others· Must be highly dependable with a strong customer service orientation. · Must be a quick learner with a strong work ethic. · Must be quality oriented with attention to detail. · Must be able to understand and follow instructions. · Ability to work independently and achieve work objectives with minimal immediate supervision. · Must have reliable transportation. · Must have a driver’s license. · Must be comfortable working and driving at night. · Must be able to legally work in the US / Pass e-Verify. · Must be able to pass a national criminal background check. · Must be able to pass a drug test. · Must be able to speak and understand English. · Must own a smartphone that allows you to be contacted reliably. · Must be able to comfortably lift 50 lbs without risk of injury.
