A container for connection and reflection for the Fourth Trimester. Please join us as we try to redefine "normal" in the postpartum phase of life. This group invites reflection about what’s happening here and now. Bypass socially constructed polite conversation and engage in a different dynamic for navigating a very complex chapter of womanhood. This group is an 8 week meet-up with the cost of each session being $50. Sign up via Eventbrite and we will send you a link for intake processing and payment! Meetings will be held at Radius Chiropractic, with the last meeting being a social (destination TBD). Meetings will be facilitated by Kathleen Fleming of Well Roots Counseling: Kathleen Fleming holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Arizona State University, is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and a Hand-in-Hand Parenting by Connection facilitator. Kathleen will graduate this summer from Walden University with a MS in Marriage, Couple and Family Counseling. She is currently in her clinical internship practice with Well Roots Counseling, and is thrilled to be providing care to birthing people and their families. Uplifting and supporting women through life’s passages is deeply important to Kathleen. She believes that, in mothering the mothers, we shift the paradigm of care in the direction of vibrant health for every human on the planet.
