Tuxedo Cat - 10yrs old. Please read.

Hello, I have a wonderful tuxedo cat, named Jack, that is 10yrs old. I want to be completely transparent. He will not stop peeing on the walls. We just bought a condo about a year ago and he is really becoming a problem. I think him peeing is due to our second cat, Oliver, who steals his food and bullies him. I think he would stop peeing and be a perfect cat in a single cat home or in a home with cats that don't mess with the other cats. He doesn't scratch anything except his cat scratching posts. Jack's personality is very warm and affectionate. He loves to cuddle. He is kind of spunky and will talk to you when he wants your attention. He is quite independent and does his own thing through out the day, napping frequently. I wish we could keep Jack. He is an awesome cat and so dear to me. We are seeking a small rehoming fee, only in order to mitigate those who may be getting Jack for bad purposes or those who cannot afford to care for a cat.
