Hour Of Power Dance Class with Guest Choreographer Shameah Andrea from GENESIS Dance in NYC. An Hour of Power Dance class. Calling all Mom’s and their mini me’s to bring themselves alone or their little ones for one hour of power. Bonding with your little one and networking with amazing women for Valentines Day. My name is Tyasia Ebony Ruth Bethea. I was named by my mother after my grandmother Ruth Davis who is a strong black woman. I started dancing at the age of 4 in my school recitals. At the age of 8 I started going to dance classes under the leadership of Monica Banks, who then opened her own school by the name of “Tae’s- Tae’s dance school” in 2000. I trained in many classes such as  African, Modern, Jazz, Ballet, & Hip Hop. I built my technique around Modern, Jazz, and Ballet which helped me cultivate specializing in Liturgical dance. My love for music and dance helps me put the choreography together. I started Ebony Ruth school of dance summer workshop on July 8, 2013 in Brooklyn, NY. I trained about 14 girls liturgical, Modern, Jazz, and African dance. Along with opening the workshop, Ebony Ruth has been invited to dance at many events such as talent shows, church services, and celebrity panel events. I have a major passion for children when it comes to arts and my vision is to teach them a way to express themselves through song and dance while gaining a relationship with God.This showcase is to continue to bring awareness to the vision of Ebony Ruth. Im grateful for every bit of help. May God Bless you ten fold Love Tyasia
