Program Overview:
Join Samantha Nimock at Village Yoga and discover what it means to love yourself and how it feels to make choices inspired by self-love. You will learn tools to trust yourself and create joyful experiences with purpose. Immerse yourself in yoga, meditation, journaling, and powerful group meetings to remember how wonderful, radiant, and worthy you are!
In addition to the physical yoga practice, meditation, and inquiry work, you will also become part of a supportive community. In our weekly community meetings, everything comes together. This is where we get to share our experiences, hear each other’s stories, support one another, dive into inquiry, work together, and connect over the shared challenges and revolutions of the program.
Program Outline:
• Practice twice a week at Village Yoga
• Weekly group meetings (Tuesdays at 5:15 PM)
• Meditate and journal daily
• Support from Samantha throughout the program
Program Includes:
• 6 weeks of unlimited yoga
• Weekly meditation videos
• Weekly community meetings
• Self-love Members Only Class (Tuesdays 6:15 - 7:00 PM)
