Alliant Property Management is seeking a maintenance technician for a property in Fort Myers and Estero. General Purpose: • The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for performing general daily on-going maintenance of the common grounds, troubleshoot, repair and maintain common areas. Provides liaison between management and vendors and is expected to create a team approach to facilitate the successful operations of the Association's property. Responsibilities: • General maintenance skills to include but not limited to painting, basic repair, general/basic construction, and general knowledge of property management • Use of a variety of hand/power tools and electric meters. • Working knowledge of basic plumbing, basic electrical and mechanical workings is beneficial • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, do testing and provide solutions as needed • Perform all other duties as assigned or needed by the Community Association Manager or as directed by the Board of Directors Non Smoking/Drug Free Workplace 20-25 hours per week. Hourly wage is dependent on background and experience $20-21/hour
