Join us for our Annual Valentine's Day dinner event! Each chef in our kitchen has created one course this year. We sell out every year ~ Five courses, lights down, candlelit dinner. Tables are covered with linens, candles and a couple roses to make it romantical.
After you purchase your ticket through Eventbrite, you MUST call the brewery to set your reservation time. Reservations are available throughout the evening for each time frame (5:30pm, 6:00pm, 6:30pm, 7:00pm, 7:30pm & 8:00pm. Brewery Phone: 480-935-2796

Course 1 - Created by Kade Turnbell. Deviled Egg Amuse Bouche with crispy pork belly, served with traditional hummus & a rye crisp.
Course 2 - Created by Reynne Arthur. Quinoa Fruit Salad - Quinoa, fresh strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, mango & grapes, drizzled with honey lime dressing.
Course 3- Created by Johnny Quinn. Pineapple Lime Sorbet.
Course 4 - Created by Warren Evans, Jr. Filet Mignon with Herbed compound butter, served with a Lobster Tail, clarified butter, garlic mashed potatoes & green beans.
Course 5 - Created by Jamie Evans. Red Velvet Strawberry Shortcake with Fresh Strawberries & house-made Chocolate Sauce.
