Riverhills has been designated as a Magnet School of America (MSA) Merit Award School of Excellence winner! The Magnet School of Excellence award is the top merit award and is only awarded to a select group of from the countries 4300 magnet schools. Riverhills IB has received a Merit Award every year it has applied, since 2016. In 2016, it was named the top New and Emerging Magnet Program in the country! MSA Merit Awards recognize magnet programs throughout the nation that "demonstrate commitment to academic standards, curriculum innovation, desegregation/diversity efforts, specialized teaching staffs, and parent and community involvement." Along with the MSA National Demonstration School Certification that was announced earlier this school year, this has been a stellar year for Riverhills IB! The dedication of the teachers and staff along with the commitment of the students and families has been proven over and over again. Riverhills IB is the place to be!
