As an athlete, Hinshaw is a 10x Ironman competitor with a 1st place finish at Ironman Brazil plus 7 finishes in Kona. In addition, he's a 10+ year CrossFit athlete and currently trains at CrossFit Mayhem in Cookeville, TN. As a coach, Hinshaw has successfully coached 30 CrossFit® Games champions and his athletes have filled more than 42 podium spots since 2013.
