The Elkhart Chapter of Indiana Black Expo host the 6th Annual Trail Blazer Awards The Elkhart Chapter of Indiana Black Expo will host the 6th annual Trail Blazer awards to honor the top African American students in Elkhart Community Schools. This years awards will feature the Doctors of Pulse of Perseverance as the keynote speaker. After the awards dinner will be served
