Press release from the Metropolitan Police Department: January 28, 2022 Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Fifth District seek the public's assistance in identifying and locating a suspect and a vehicle in reference to a Burglary Two of an Establishment offense that occurred on Thursday, January 27, 2022, in the 1200 block of Franklin Street, Northeast. At approximately 5:39 am, the suspect forcibly entered an establishment at the listed location. Once inside, the suspect took property then fled the scene in a vehicle. Anyone who can identify this individual or vehicle or has knowledge of this incident should take no action but call police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department's TEXT TIP LINE at 50411.
