FRIDAY NIGHT SESSION!In mountaineering, BASECAMP is where the rope starts and where critical supplies are kept. It is a place of safety at the base of the mountain, out of harm’s way.
Our teens have been through a lot the last two years. This program will be a positive experience for teen boys to interact, learn to identify and cope with stress and learn the basics of personal safety and self defense.
Fighting Spirit is excited to bring this FREE program for boys ages 13-17 years. Basecamp will provide a platform and safe place to navigate topics that young males encounter daily. This one-night introduction will include:
Recognizing signs of stressMulti-sensory responses to stressKeeping your cool during stressful situationsVerbal and Physical skill sets to escape violenceThis class involves multi-sensory learning activities and discussion. No doubt participants will leave having had a good time with meaningful education to go with it. Our interns are excited to meet you and work with you!
