WATERFORD, CT — Police are seeking to identify a woman accused of being involved in a car vs. pedestrian accident in the Walmart parking lot Thursday. Police posted a photo on Facebook of the suspect in the crash, which occurred at about 5:40 p.m. The vehicle involved in the accident left the scene and is described as a grey colored sedan, according to police.
