NEWTOWN, CT — A 31-year-old Bethel woman was arrested on driving under the influence and interfering with an officer charges last week after Newtown police said she was seen driving erratically. Marta C. Fragola, of Canaan Drive, was pulled over by police on Wednesday following a report of an erratic driver. Newtown police did not disclose details of the arrest, but said that upon being placed under arrest, she resisted. Fragola was released after posting bond on bail of $1,000, and she is scheduled to appear in Danbury Superior Court on Feb. 9.
