Kearns says a fake text claiming that recipients are due for a refund from the DMV includes a link to a phishing website that collects personal banking information. Anyone who receives the phishing message is advised to ignore and delete it immediately without clicking on any links. (WGRZ.com)Police have arrested a man accused of attempting to steal an ATM from the CVS on Dingens Street Saturday morning. The attempted burglary occurred around 2:48 a.m. when witnesses spotted a man trying to load an ATM into a dark-colored pickup truck. 49-year-old Shane Wulff was arrested in connection to the incident, and police are still searching for two more suspects.
