Beverly Drug Raid Targets Computer Business On Rantoul Street

BEVERLY, MA — Ten pounds of marijuana, 205 gold coins and $42,000 in drugs were seized during a raid of a Rantoul Street computer business, according to Beverly police. The Beverly Police Drug Control Unit said the search warrant raid was a result of a two-week investigation into suspected drug distribution out of TECH1PRO at 261 Rantoul Street. Police said Richard Best, 43, of Beverly was charged with eight counts of possession with intent to distribute drugs that ranged from methamphetamine, Adderall, LSD, marijuana, THC and hashish.
