GERMANTOWN, MD — A 16-year-old from Germantown who was reported missing has not been seen since Friday, Montgomery County Police said. Jordy Elseo Mendoza was last seen on the 11000 block of Collins Drive and police are asking for the public's help to find him. Jordy is 6-foot-2 and has brown eyes, black hair and dental braces. He might be wearing blue New Balance sneakers, police said.
