Walker Shot On Howard County Trail Dies 12 Days Later

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — The man who was shot while walking along a footpath near the 5200 block of Eliots Oak Road Jan. 19 has died. Zavian Hagins, 21, was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital in critical condition. Detectives do not believe the shooting was random, according to the Howard County Police Department.
