NEED SKILLED CONSTRUCTION DAY LABORER – LAKE LAS VEGAS

Hello, We are remodeling our entire home in Lake Las Vegas, over the next 6 months. We already have a contractor on the job, but we need some additional skilled construction labor help on daily tasks, including: - general demo (removing drywall, cabinets, etc) - assisting in hanging chandelier (manpower only, you won’t do electrical work) - hanging drywall, mudding, priming, painting - removing carpet - installing new wood flooring - tiling - plumbing - landscaping - more, to be determined as needed The pay rate is $15 per hour to start. After 5 days at work, if we decided to move forward with you (we will if you are on time, work hard, and provide value), the rate will increase to a MINIMUM of $18 per hour (possibly more, but cannot guarantee at this point). While we can’t guarantee the amount of work given, we SHOULD be able to offer you work for approximately the next 2-6 months. Also, the amount of hours per week is not guaranteed, and MAY change from week-to-week. The starting amount of hours for the first full week may be approximately 30-40.
