The services will be available at ten of the Public Library's branches with varying dates and times. The Charleston County Public Library is excited to offer safe, convenient, and free assistance to patrons across the County. (Live 5 News WCSC) North Charleston announces they will invest in livability assets this next fiscal year. The new assets include new ball fields, aquatic centers, and community centers that will spread throughout the city to enhance the lives of the ever-growing population. The new additions are to celebrate the city's 50th year and will accompany infrastructure projects taking place over the next ten years. (Charleston Regional Business)The City of Charleston hosted a virtual event with the intent to help taxpayers file their taxes for free. The virtual event was a no-cost event that educated neighbors about the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program provided by the Internal Revenue Service.
