BELMONT, MA — As businesses reopen and traffic patterns start moving back toward their usual summer routines, drivers will have to pay for parking at Belmont Center again. The Belmont Police Department announced on Tuesday that the meters will be back in effect starting Friday. The reinstated meters come as restaurants in Belmont Center offer outdoor dining and live music.
