Customer Service Administrator for Growing Company
Greenwise Organic Lawn Care is seeking a Customer Support Administrator that will be responsible for providing excellent support to our both our clients and our sales team.
This position demands a detail oriented, and flexible individual skilled in time management. This is a full-time, year-round office-based role.
Responsibilities will including: receiving incoming calls from clients, replying to client and sales team emails, resolving customer issues, managing secondary sales by generating and sending proposals to clients, managing client communications during snow events, processing client intake, and scheduling consultations for our sales team.
This individual will work closely with all company departments, including Accounting, Design, Operations and Sales.
