We are seeking a part-time custodian at our White Oak Retirement Residence location. Performs cleaning and janitorial duties, ground maintenance, and minor repair work. Assist with apartment turnovers. Assists with minor grounds maintenance, cleans snow from entrances and sidewalks. Checks all trash areas, remove large trash to chute and change dumpsters as needed.
