Found two kittens/young cats

Found these two cats on Northeast and Betty Cook. They came up to our door and walked inside when I opened it for them. They both look very young and have sparkly collars, but no tags. They look like indoor cats, so I'm worried about letting them back out, especially with all the aggressive dogs in this neighborhood. One is a very young orange tabby with a sparkly pink collar with a bow and bell. The other is older (but still young) and white with grey face and tail markings, blue eyes, and a sparkly blue collar with a bell.
