First Court is looking for 25 fair-minded people from San Luis Obispo County of California for a Private Jury Trial. This project will take place in two sessions. A short session held via Zoom on Friday, Feb. 25th from 5:40pm-7pm OR 7pm-8:20pm Pacific. Payment for the Zoom session is $25. The second session will be held in person in San Luis Obispo on Saturday, Feb 26th from 7AM-6PM Pacific. We are paying $200 for the day. A light breakfast, snacks/drinks, and lunch will be provided. We need applicants who are available for both the Zoom and the in person sessions. Total payment for the entire project is $225. We need people who can listen to lawyers' arguments and witnesses and then tell us what they think. The objective of the project is to get honest feedback on the facts of a real lawsuit case by individuals in the area where the case originated. Please note, we can only hire individuals who currently reside in San Luis Obispo County and who have an ID to prove it. Thanks! Any candidates who are interested should contact Lisa!
