MLK Day 2021: Join our Motorcade: participate in your own car to avoid pandemic risks. See all our MLK Day Events at www.mlkcoalition.com The 46th Annual MLK Day Commemorative Civil Rights March will include a Motorcade of Metro buses and personal cars. The March and Motorcade departs from the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center at 10:30am on Monday, January 18. The MLK Motorcade will begin to line up at 10:00 am. The start point for cars is Freedom Way near the Freedom Center. Vehicles must approach the start point from Mehring Way (east or west) then turn on Elm Street to Freedom Way. The Cincinnati Police Department (CPD) will direct vehicles from Mehring Way. Tune in to WCVG 1320AM at 10:30 am for music and live reporting from the Motorcade. Our separate vehicles will be united by a common listening experience. Registration is required to drive your car in the MLK Day 2021 Motorcade. Each driver must: • Complete this Register by January 17 • Print and Display the approved registration form on the vehicle's dash during the Motorcade. All necessary information will be provided with your registration form.
