Experienced Pool Maintenance Professionals Needed! ***$1,000 Sign on bonus *** Our growing, family-owned company is seeking a trained & experienced Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician/Swing Position. This position will provide swimming pool service and maintenance to customer accounts in addition to filter cleans weekly. Experience in the swimming pool business is required. We are really hoping for someone with the potential to promote to a supervisor position overseeing/training the technicians in the near future. *All work is full-time & year-round with our company Responsibilities include: • Manage a pool route each week with regular pool maintenance which includes, cleaning skimmer and pump strainer baskets, testing and maintaining water quality, adjusting pool chemicals as needed, backwashing filters, brushing and vacuuming pools, cleaning tiles, and other duties as needed. • Filter cleans are an important part of maintaining swimming pools. This position will handle a high volume of filter cleaning for our customers. Successful Candidate will: • Learn quickly and adapt work tasks for the changing needs of customers • Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; driving record will need to be acceptable to our insurance company • Pass a criminal background check • Be able to pass a drug test and be subject to random drug testing • Ability to comfortably lift and carry 50 pounds, sometimes multiple times in a day, and, at times, lift and carry 100 pounds • Ability to work outdoors and in all weather conditions Be dependable, reliable, have an eye for details and a sincere sense of customer service including the ability to discern when to escalate issues to management. Compensation: Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Company provides you with a vehicle, t-shirts, and all the tools.
