55+ Independent Living complex seeking full time Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in overall facilities management and able to perform duties including general maintenance and repair, light plumbing, electrical, repairs, painting, carpentry, etc. Must work well with fellow team members, residents, guests, and contractors. Position also includes some administrative responsibilities. Maintenance, administrative, and computer skills are beneficial to this position. Excellent pay, benefits including medical, life, vision, disability, dental, 401K with a 6% match and excellent PTO.
