Description

Strutter was adopted from the Nassau Humane Society at 4 months old; she is now a little over 1 year. She is very energetic and hyper but likes her downtime. She is a bone & food protector and will show aggression to other dogs who try to take her bones or food. She loves kisses and cuddles; when SHE wants them. Strutter REQUIRES a backyard to run and play in, and LOTS of walking. She also needs LOTS of toys; she loves the soft toys but if it doesn't become her favorite she will tear them up. Strutter sheds A LOT but the deshedder shampoo from Pet Smart's grooming helps tremendously. Strutter is crate trained and knows the command 'Crate'. She does not tear up her soft pillow bed. Strutter does not get crated unless we leave the home or we eat. She is house trained and is kept out during the day when someone is home and throughout the night. We recommend strutter be adopted by a family or loving individual whose home has children no younger than 8 years old. Asking for a $150 rehoming fee to ensure the seriousness to take in and provide an abundance of love and care for our Strutter.
