Shepherd mix puppy she is almost 6 months old

We believe she is a huntaway after doing research after getting her. The vet said shes a Shepard mix. Pumpkin is her name. She is not spayed yet. February 17th she will be 7 months she has had the first three sets of puppy shots but does need the last set including the rabies. She is very loving but has decided not to like my 3 year old much. She hasn't bitten her but she growls at her often. She was rescued from a warehouse and is a little shy at first. We have other rescued dogs and she gets along with them. My friend also brings there puppy over and they play well. She does well with other species but does chase our cat often. It would be best for her to go to a home with older kids and maybe not so many other animals. She is extremely smart and is fully potty trained. She knows sit, lay, down and waits for food. We are using a training collar with her also to help keep her in the yard. She tends to not listen if distracted.
