Bought my daughter a chinchilla last year and was recommended to buy Atleast one more because they do better in multiples, but it turns out that hers doesn’t. Gave it a few months and these just aren’t bonding. They do okay for a day and the next day, they all start losing hair. Now maintaining all the separate cages just isn’t working for us, since they can’t share 1 cage like originally planned, so we need to rehome 2. Both are very friendly and handleable, just not bonded together. The black one will come with some supplies, but no cage. Asking $60 for him. The gray one will come with his cage and all his supplies. Asking $150 for him.
