This is an Auto Salvage Yard. Auto Recycler. Used Auto Parts. Junk Yard Looking for a couple to Hard Working people to join our team !!! This is a newly acquired business so there is a lot of basic prepwork and organizing that needs to be done... both in the office and in the yard. *** PLEASE READ REQUIREMENT FOR EACH POSITION... THANKS *** POSITION 1 We Need a English / Spanish Speaking Counter Person and Inventory Control Person. Some basic knowledge of cars and auto parts is required. *** Females applicants encouraged to apply as well *** MAIN DUTIES: Sales: - Provide information of availability and pricing of parts - Assist on-site, phone, and online customers in purchasing parts - Handle cash and credit card transactions - Instruct part pullers of what parts to be removed. Inventory: - Take pictures of vehicles and parts, and upload to database - Post parts and vehicles on various online platforms - Enter information on Excel and internal software REQUIREMENTS: - Some walking required in the heat or cold to show cars or parts.. Most work is done at a computer inside of the office. However, Inspections and pictures of vehicles are done outside. You will be required to go outside to identify and mark vehicles or take pictures. - Be able to work with a team.. - **BILINGUAL IS A MUST - SPANISH AND ENGLISH IS REQUIRED ** OPENING HOURS ARE Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 6 pm Saturday 8:30 to 4 Some flexibility on working hours. Must be able to start immediately Experience a plus. However, we will train someone willing to learn. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Position 2 Parts Puller and General Labor. - Mainly pulling parts for customers and assisting our team in cleaning and organizing our yard for a successful business. This is a newly aquired business and needs a lot of prep work. Tons of trash and parts debris need to be picked up. Basic weed eating and collecting. Both English and Spanish is a big plus... but not required for this position. Hours are flexible as long as you can be consistent with when you tell me you can work. Starting at $11 an hour. Pay review after 30 days. We are willing to pay more if you can do more mechanical jobs (ie: engine / transmission swaps) or just put in the right effort to help us succeed.
