We are looking for a detail oriented Maintenance Technician with great customer service skills for our beautiful community. Must have reliable transportation and pass drug test. HVAC EPA certification is required. The Maintenance Technician will complete service requests, prepare vacant apartments for move ins and make sure that all of the common areas and amenities are in excellent condition. Riverside at Rockwater is managed by TAM Residential, which is one of the recipients of the "Best Places to Work" by the National Apartment Association.
