We are looking for good people who wants to be one of the team! We need a Forman that is able to direct people and keep the project moving forward. Willing to train the right person that wants to grow and that is good with people. Foreman: Primary Responsibilities: - These positions are responsible for the demo/installation/renovation of landscape projects. - Communicate and take direction from the project manager - The foreman and 1 or 2 other crew members will be responsible to perform various tasks such as demo of existing landscape, site preparation and grading, drainage installation, irrigation installation, natural stone and concrete paver hardscapes (such as paths, walls, patios),plantings, lighting, and other elements per the landscape plan. We are looking for applicants that can: - Operate machines such as Mini skid steer, excavator, trencher, cut-off saws, and other hand held equipment - Ability to manage, communicate effectively with both employees and onsite contacts - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. - Candidate must possess a valid, insurable drivers license We offer vacation, holiday and competitive wage.
