They should be ambitious, hard-working, and work well in a team environment. They are knowledgeable and experienced in areas covered by the ASE certification programs (Engine Repair, Drive Train/Axles, Suspension/Steering, Brakes, Electrical, Heating/Air Conditioning and Engine Performance, Light Vehicle/Diesel).  The Alignment Technician is committed to providing the highest quality alignments, oil changes and other services as qualified. They are self-motivated, dependable, hard-working & work well in a team environment!  The Tire Technician is responsible for tire installation, repairs, and maintenance. They demonstrate a positive attitude, while working with the team to get the customer back on the road quickly & affordably. Technician Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Must have a valid driver's license High School Diploma, GED, or Vocational Certificate preferred Alignment Techs need- 2 years Automotive Alignment Experience Auto Techs need- 2 years Automotive Repair Experience (under-car/ braking systems/alignments) Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly as needed Ability to work in a shop environment (including long periods of standing)  Belle Tire was established 100 years ago with the belief that customer satisfaction must always be the bottom line.
