I need a handyman for different projects. Handy, assembly, plumbing, electric, construction, gardening, etc. Whatever you can do I may have a project for that type of project on weekends or evenings in conjunction with your dayjob. I have needs for different type of projects that I typically try to do myself but do not have time for them. I have a commercial business in a 13000 sqft facility that has various electrical plumbing construction assembly type needs all the time. Most projects are simple and do not need high level of skill or urgency so pretty much anyone can do them in their spare time. The more skills you have, the more projects you are going to be working on in your spare time. Whatever you can not do I will anyway will find someone else to do. You only have to focus on what you can do and not on what you can't. And whenever you don't have spare time you don't have to do any projects. I pay 15 dollars per hour.
