LARGE SENIOR COMMUNITY... 400 + UNITS is seeking a full time maintenance technician with two (2) years minimum of apartment maintenance or related work experience required. Must have a valid Driver's License. Must be skilled in installations, drywall/stucco repairs, minor plumbing and electrical. Must have basic hand tools and be a team player with other fellow employees. Work schedule is Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm with weekends off.
