Beauty Pools is a family owned business located in Lancaster, NY. We pride ourselves in delivering top rate pool maintenance and repair service to homeowners in the extended WNY area. We are looking for Pool Technicians who are dependable, trustworthy, hardworking, and energetic to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working outside with minimal oversight. It is important that in this position you are responsive and respectful of the wishes of our customers while treating them with a great measure of respect. This position is responsible for providing excellent “top end” service, handling all chemicals with care, and being sure that all processes are complete before leaving each job site. Responsibilities: Each Pool Technician must be able to handle the following responsibilities: Oversee and execute a full pool service route that includes netting, backwashing, brushing, vacuuming and balancing water chemistry Use a smartphone to take pictures and record reports through our pool cleaning application Must be able to spot and report repairs that need to be completed at each pool to the office as needed Ability to lift 50 lbs Requirements: Good Communicator Excellent Work Ethic Friendly Dependable - even in bad weather Valid Driver’s license Seasoned pool cleaner a plus, but no experience needed (willing to train the right person) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: Competitive Wages - Based on Experience Benefits: Employer contribution toward health insurance Employer Match 401k Paid Time Off Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Schedule: Monday to Saturday Driver's License Preferred but not required so long as you can get to work reliably Work Location: Multiple Locations Beauty Pools Inc Why Work Here?
