Freelance budget-friendly real estate photography available! Did you know that high quality, professional photographs increase the views a listing gets, and makes it more likely to get a higher price for your property? I’m doing some freelance on the side, and I’d love to help you make your property stand out! I can do sales AND rentals. Since this is a side gig, I’m only charging a base price of $175! In Buffalo, the average price from others is over $200 per hour. My price includes any necessary photos to properly capture the property, as well as basic photo editing. Please note: if it is a very large property, OR your photos require extensive editing (due to objects, cosmetic issues, etc) I will charge slightly more. Prices can be negotiated and discussed based on circumstances. I’m very flexible and I’m willing to accommodate your schedule. I have experience with real estate, but those photographs are currently unavailable. For now I have other types of photography in a short portfolio (linked below) to give you an idea of my skill set.
