Description
Porters are responsible for ensuring a facility is clean and presentable to staff, tenants, and owners. They perform basic cleaning and general maintenance tasks, including, restroom restocks, and trash removal. To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage various tasks daily to ensure the property has curb appeal.
Porter service includes but is not limited to:
Basic Maintenance Responsibilities (exchange light bulbs etc.)
Sweeping curb lines
Cleaning dumpster enclosures
Removal of vagrancy
Cleaning up spider webs
