Refurbish a metal shed

Hi there, I've got a metal shed in my backyard that I quite like, but needs refurbishment. I'm hoping to find someone with expertise here who could help add some more life to it. Here's a video so you can see what I'm talking about: Specifically, I believe it needs the following, but open to input: 1. A full paint job, inside and out, especially on the roof, which probably requires something extra thanks to rust 2. Fix the sliding doors and install a new sliding mechanism 3. Patch / tune any loose bolts 4. Remove and dispose of all of the old shelves inside (we'll buy or have new ones made at a later date) 5. Caulk all openings on the roof to ensure water resistance (it leaks) 6. Install a vent or two that is still water protected from rain, but so there is some airflow If this sounds like a project you're interested in, let me know why you have the skills to help and what you would charge.
