I need to park and clean and work on my 36 ft. 2007 Dutchman Denali Travel Trailer. Preferably within 20 min of Southeast Portland. 2 weeks/3 months tops I have a loud generator if no electricity is provided. a side yard or driveway will suffice. Ideally you have a level patch of gravel or pavement you wouldn't mind a middle aged cute blonde hammering away and making a ruckus on her tiny home. I have to deep clean and tear out carpet and re-caulk and silicone the nooks and crannies. No chemical smells, no parties, no shenanigans. Just a place to work on and clean out my trailer to prepare it for selling. It could be 2 weeks. Or it could take as long as 3 months. I'm prepared to give you $500.00 to $1000.00 on completion of the sale. Depending on length of time and resources used. I can pay 200 up front. (Good faith payment and in case I don't sell it) I'm willing to sign any contract saying so. It's just me. No kids or pets or friends. I would occasionally have a carpenter come oversee a project. But only for a couple hours. So if you have the space. You are in Multnomah county, preferably within 20 min of southeast Portland. you have a level patch with access to electricity 30amp or not. A hose and trash service (negotiable) I can haul in and out. Room for an extra vehicle next to the space for 2 weeks to 3 months. Where it's okay to make some noise and use power tools occasionally.
