Looking for Live in Mothers Helper

Hello All! I am a single mom of 2 girls (5&8) with full custody. I have a room available in a 4bdrm 2.5 bath house and I am looking for a potential roommate/mother's helper to live rent free- just pay utilities... I think this opportunity would be perfect for a student or a WFH or someone retired. There is flexibility to work another job and/or attend school. Here is what I am looking: 2 mornings/week drop girls off at school. 2 afternoon/week pick up and babysitting till 530-6 Plus 1 over night sitting a month On Call sitter- if one of my daughters is sick and can not go to school. Occasional "night-out" sitter but usually weekends I wouldn't need help Must be clean, calm, responsible, have a license with good driving record Could easily have a day job/go to school 8-4 most day. We live with 3 (2 big/med and 1 small) dogs so sadly no pets welcome at this time. I would love a workout buddy for at home workouts if interested.. 420 friendly. We don't watch a lot of tv and like to do things on the weekends- go to the park, museums, crafts/baking at home. Would love someone to assimilate into our family of 3.
