Full time NANNY needed in Cypress, TX

We are looking for a full-time nanny for a 5-month-old baby boy. Long-term commitment. Working hours will be from 9 am - 4 pm Monday through Friday, sometimes daily hours may be longer than 7 hours if we are running late from work. We mostly work from home but need a dependable and trustworthy person to help us care for our baby and possibly our home. If nanny will only be caring for a baby the pay will be: -$12/h - for duties such as feeding the baby, changing diapers, playing, going for walks outside, picking up toys from the floor etc. If nanny will be additionally helping with the household chores the pay will be: -$15/h - for the additional duties which can be done while baby is sleeping or playing with toys in a bouncer, the duties would be the following: washing dishes, wiping the kitchen counters, basic organizing of the toys and things at home, folding and putting away clean laundry, etc. Preferably a lady between 30 to 65 years old. Must haves: - own transportation. - non-smoker. - great with kids. - non-allergic to cats. - able to provide references from past families. Occasional weekend date night sitting will be needed in the future as well.
