Seeking a team-oriented maintenance tech to join us at a North of the River apartment portfolio. There is no typical day when you have a career in the apartment industry. In this position, you will help to create an environment where people will want to have their home. Maintaining the property to ensure pleasant curb appeal and assuring that units are in good working order, while providing superior services to our residents is your top concern. Essential Functions: Assist in readying units for occupancy Ensure attractiveness of property grounds Must be willing to be on an on-call rotation General Customer Service Maintain and Repair Appliances Minor Electrical and Plumbing HVAC Carpentry Utilize your problem solving and technical skills to resolve work orders Tackle any other tasks delegated by the property manager Ideal candidate will bring to the team basic apartment, home or facility maintenance skills. Preferred experience in: HVAC Plumbing Refrigeration Appliances Electrical Painting Carpentry Reliable transportation Have your own tools HVAC certified a plus Highly motivated, service oriented, self-starter Maintenance is the heart and soul of our business.
